This project was completed in just two days. We installed Owens Corning shingles, Titanium UDL 30 underlayment, and Titanium PSU 30 peel-and-stick. In the flat valley section, we applied a GAF torch-down 3-ply system to ensure proper waterproofing.
This was another aging roof that had undergone a major repair about two years earlier. Once again, the job was completed quickly using the same Owens Corning materials. In addition to installing the vents and pipe flashings, we also replaced and properly installed the chimney flashing.
This was a 5/12 pitch roof with leaks caused by damaged ridge caps and water intrusion around the skylight and chimney areas. The skylight had to be reframed and raised so we could properly install a cricket saddle and new chimney flashing.
During the project, we also replaced the fascia boards and rafter tails, installed a new gutter system, and upgraded the attic insulation with R-38 Owens Corning insulation.
This project was a bit different because the solar panels had to be removed first before starting the roofing work. For this installation, we used CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL shingles along with a GAF torch-down 3-ply system in the flat areas. We also installed three new Velux skylights.
Another full-service project. For this one, we again used Owens Corning products for both the roofing system and the insulation. We also installed four new Velux skylights and a seamless aluminum gutter system. Since the homeowner was planning to install solar panels in the future, we applied Titanium PSU 30 peel-and-stick across the entire roof, per the customer’s request.
For this project, we used GAF roofing products, including Timberline HDZ-RS shingles, Tiger Paw underlayment, and GAF WeatherWatch peel-and-stick underlayment. We also installed a new chimney cap as part of the work. As with all of our roofing projects, we replace all metal flashings, including pipe vent flashings and drip edge metal, and install new low-profile attic vents or ridge vent systems to ensure proper ventilation and long-term performance.
This project, like many others, was completed using Owen’s Corning materials and features a 5/12 roof pitch.
On this project, as you can see, the homeowner chose a ridge vent system instead of O’Hagin low-profile vents. We used GAF roofing materials for the installation.
At Goldline, we only recommend what truly needs to be done. This project is a good example of that approach. Some areas required plywood reinforcement while others were still in good condition. By replacing only what was necessary, we were able to help the homeowner save on the overall budget. GAF roofing materials were used on this project.
A small roof completed in just one day. The project used GAF shingles for the pitched areas and a torch-down 3-ply system for the flat roof side sections.
The roof showed significant aging and several dry rot spots. All required corrections were completed before installing a plywood overlay to strengthen and reinforce the roof structure.
This is a solution we often recommend when the homeowner needs a fast and cost-effective repair with warranty protection for flat roofs. In this case, we applied a silicone overlay system, including primer and two coats of silicone.
This project involved a full roof conversion, replacing the existing concrete tile system with asphalt shingles to provide a lighter and more cost-effective roofing solution.
This beautiful project was completed in three days due to inspection requirements. The process included a full decking tear-off, roofing installation in progress, and final inspection approval.
Here again, we replaced only what truly needed to be replaced, without pushing the homeowner to redo parts of the roof that had no issues. In this case, the flat section was still in good condition, so we focused only on the pitched roof, where we installed Owens Corning shingles.
This was a great project that required a lot of effort to complete within the required timeframe. The project involved converting a roof from concrete tiles installed over skip sheathing to new plywood decking and Presidential shingles. The final result was truly remarkable.
This project involved the same type of roof conversion. The main difference was that the roof already had plywood decking installed, which simplified part of the process. The final result was outstanding.
